What's on

Four tracks. Find yours.

Every session at AIFTIS & CMIIE 2026 sits in one of four tracks. Start with the one that matches your business, then follow it across both days.

Why 2026 matters

A surplus measured in fractions.

In 2025, Malaysia exported RM277.9 billion of services and imported RM272.6 billion. After fourteen years in deficit, the services account finally tipped into the black. The margin? Less than one per cent of the RM550.5 billion traded.

Holding that line means lifting what each services worker produces, closing the gap between what graduates learn and what industry needs, and adopting new technology without opening new doors to cyber risk. None of it happens one company at a time.

AIFTIS exists to do it together: one industry-led platform, five pillars, and a localisation pathway that brings mature technology in, verifies it, and builds the Malaysian capability to deliver it.

About AIFTIS 2026

From working tracks to a working platform.

Organised by MSPC and supported by MITI, AIFTIS is Malaysia's national platform for the localisation and mobility of trade in services.

In 2025 the industry built the platform. Its working tracks produced the Five Pillars, now the foundation for industry champions under MPC's 14 Productivity Nexuses.

In 2026 the platform goes live at scale through the China Malaysia Intelligent Industry Expo (CMIIE), delivered with CCID Media and Beijing Capital Group Exhibition and Events (BCGEE). Mature technologies arrive through a trusted localisation pathway that connects them with Malaysian industry, standards and talent, and ASEAN partners are invited to adopt the framework for their own markets, starting with Lao PDR.

Who you will meet

  • Regulatory and statutory bodies
  • Industry associations and chambers
  • Professional bodies
  • Universities and trainers
  • Service providers and SMEs
  • Technology partners from China
  • ASEAN productivity bodies
  1. 2025

    Built the platform

Industry-led working tracks agree what Malaysian services need. The result: the Five Pillars.

  2. 2026

    Activate at scale

CMIIE brings mature technology in through a trusted localisation pathway. Lao PDR becomes the first ASEAN partner to activate AIFTIS.

  3. Next

    Carry it forward

The Working Track opened on Day 2 looks beyond 2026, towards Beijing and across ASEAN.

CMIIE Tech Arena

CMIIE Technology Providers connecting AIFTIS Localisation Pathway

China is Malaysia's largest trading partner for the 17th year running, with two-way trade of RM541.45 billion in 2025. The CMIIE Tech Arena is where that relationship becomes practical: ten CMIIE exhibitors present their technology, solutions and services in 45-minute slots, five each day, as the first business-matching step on the localisation pathway.

  • Day 1

    11:30-15:15

    5 exhibitor presentations

  • Day 2

AIFTIS 2025

Where it started.

In November 2025, the inaugural AIFTIS brought government, industry and ASEAN partners together at Menara MITI with a simple premise: services trade grows when industry leads.

The forums and roundtables did more than talk. They opened working tracks, and those tracks did the hard work of agreeing what Malaysian services need to compete: a trusted mark, mobile professionals, quality training, faster technology adoption and open markets.

That agreement became the Five Pillars. In 2026, the Five Pillars become a platform for trade in services, ready to be adopted by industry at home and by partners across ASEAN.
